Research Activities

My reserch activities cover a wide range of topics in the area of water-soluble polymers, their properties in dilute and semi-dilute solutions, as well as potential application. The main classes of polymeric materials of interest include :
- Stimuli-responsive polymers,
- Functional polymers,
- Hydrogels,
- Nanoparticles and hybrid organic/inorganic nanostructured materials

The design and study of these materials are combined with potential applications, such as:
- Responsive “soft” materials
- Sensors
- Sorbents
